The first and only meats boutique in Panama City, created in collaboration with a young entrepreneurial restauranteurs. Mimicking the sound of a cow, Muuuh was created to cater a high demanding clientele, offering superb cuts and lots of fresh products, along an exclusive salumi section. 

The spirit of local meat markets and the roughness of a wood and charcoal grill set the material catalogue for this restaurant. A butchery in the middle of the continent, with a steel framed glass volume that holds the kitchen and preparation areas, facing a pink diorama of seats and tables, crowned by local artisans weaves. All, inserted on an abandoned warehouse.
